Our one-day Accredited Basic 4WD course covers the Unit of Competency
SRODRV001B “Drive & Recover a 4WD Vehicle”
which includes:
SRODRV001B/01 Identify 4WD specific terms, terminology &
techniques
SRODRV001B/02 Plan for minimal environmental impact
SRODRV001B/03 Perform pre-departure checks
SRODRV001B/04 Use features of a 4WD vehicle to drive in a variety of
terrain types
SRODRV001B/05 Use a single snatch strap to recover a vehicle
SRODRV001B/06 Perform maintenance & minor repairs on a 4WD
vehicle
